About the CAPA Annual Council Meeting
Due to the slow reopening of borders, the 2021 Council of Australian Postgraduate Associations (CAPA) Annual Council Meeting (ACM) will be held online via Zoom on the 4-5th of December 2021. As with all ACMs, we will continue the tradition to bring postgraduate associations from universities around Australia together.
The CAPA Annual Council Meeting includes the elections for the 2021 office bearer team. We will also be using this opportunity to plan next year’s campaigns and advocacy.
There will be a conference-style forum for postgraduate student representatives to increase their capacity and learn from one another. We are organising a range of external speakers, discussion panels, and skill-sharing sessions from affiliates.
The meeting will run from 10:00 am until 4 pm (AEDST) each day. (Sorry, WA!)

Agenda
Affiliate organisations are invited to make submissions to the agenda. Items should be sent to the National President: president@capa.edu.au.
The agenda will be released in the coming week leading up to the conference. The agenda and all attachments will be released in a shared Google Drive, with the link to be shared with affiliates and attendees.
Forms and documents
If you are intending to vote on behalf of your organisation, please ensure you have submitted a valid delegate credentialing form. A blank form can be downloaded here. Please ensure your credentialing form is submitted to president@capa.edu.au at least one week before the conference.
