The total remuneration package includes salary, employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% salary and annual leave loading.

The National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education is funded by the Australian
Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) and is hosted by the University of South Australia. It also has links with the Australian Technology Network (ATN) of universities.

The NCSEHE is looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Fellow who will work within the centre and develop an individual research program that contributes to the centre’s research agenda and which generates opportunities for collaboration with other researchers within and external to the centre.

The successful applicant will have a doctorate in a relevant cognate area and have a record of quality publications, strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, the ability to attract research grants, experience in supervising research staff and the ability to work collaboratively with senior researchers in extending the centre’s work in equity in higher education.

This full-time position will be offered as a 3-year contract and offers a supportive and dynamic research culture.
