Salary Level 8/9: A$75K - A$92K per year (plus up to 17% employer superannuation plus leave loading).

The UNSW Grants Management Office is seeking a Team Leader to provide leadership and training to a team of officers dedicated to the delivery of high quality customer focused grants management services to a cluster of faculties/disciplines. The position works closely with the Strategic Development Manager in the Research Strategy Office assigned to the cluster, the relevant Legal Office staff and Finance Officers and colleagues in Grants Management Office. The position is responsible for quality assurance of services using best practice benchmarks and customer feedback.

The Team Leader is a member of the Office Management Committee which develops strategic plans, policy and procedural documents and operational protocols for the Office and undertakes process and documentation reviews.
