In this administrative role you will support the University’s research training activities and have significant contact with research candidates, and academic and general staff. This position requires a confident communicator who is enthusiastic and has a positive approach and commitment.
Tasks and Typical Activities include:
* Primary contact for administrative functions related to research training within an assigned portfolio in the Office of Graduate Studies.
* Use database and email systems to prepare and distribute sensitive correspondence, maintain information systems, input and extract data and contribute to the development of such systems.
* Provide factual advice on rules, guidelines and policy.
* Comply with relevant legislation.
* Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
The position is available on a full-time, continuing basis.
