CAPA Postgrad Roadshow – free event for NSW postgrads

The Council of Australian Postgraduate Associations is pleased to announce the launch of the 2009-10 CAPA Roadshow program in Sydney on Friday August 14^th. The event offers postgrads an opportunity to hone their research skills along with a chance to meet postgrads of all disciplines from other New South Wales universities.

The event is free to attend and features the hugely popular ‘7 Secrets of Highly Successful Postgraduate Students’ presented by Hugh Kearns, along with ‘Communicating Your Research to a Public Audience’, a practical workshop hosted by Prof. Catharine Lumby (in association with the Council for the Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences).
