Annual Council Meeting (ACM)
Meeting materials for the 2009 CAPA ACM

Delegate nomination and voting rights
Each member organisation attending the 2009 CAPA ACM needs to lodge a written statement on their official letterhead identifying who their delegates are. This must be authorised by a current office bearer of the Constituent Organisation. Delegates must be enrolled postgraduate students at the Tertiary Institution represented by the Constituent Organisation, or otherwise a member of that Constituent Organisation.
Delegate nomination must be lodged with the CAPA National Secretary, and may be sent via email to katya@capa.edu.au, fax to (03) 9650 5011, or may brought in person and lodged with the National Secretary prior to the commencement of the meeting.
