(Meeting materials will be posted here as they become available. Printed copies of these materials will be available at the meeting).

Delegate nomination and voting rights

Each member organisation attending the 2009 CAPA ACM needs to lodge a written statement on their official letterhead identifying who their delegates are. This must be authorised by a current office bearer of the Constituent Organisation. Delegates must be enrolled postgraduate students at the Tertiary Institution represented by the Constituent Organisation, or otherwise a member of that Constituent Organisation.

Delegate nomination must be lodged with the CAPA National Secretary, and may be sent via email to katya@capa.edu.au, fax to (03) 9650 5011, or may brought in person and lodged with the National Secretary prior to the commencement of the meeting.
