The 2017 Council of Australian Postgraduate Associations (CAPA) Annual Council Meeting (ACM) which includes the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from Wednesday the 6 to Friday 8 December at in the University of Western Australia, 35 Stirling Hwy, Crawley, Perth. The ACM will be held in the Wilsmore and Tattersall Lecture Theatres
The Equity Conference will be held Tuesday 5 December see capa.edu.au/equity-conference for more information.

It is recommended that delegates stay 6 – 8 December to take full advantage of the meeting.

Affiliate organisations are invited to make submissions on the following items. SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.
If submitting items for the agenda please include a description and supporting information for that item.
If submitting amendments to the Constitution, Regulations or Policy please provide a document with those changes and a description, along with a copy of that document (The Constitution, Regulations or Policy) where changes have been added using Track Changes to help us keep track of them.

Accommodation will be at University Hall, 130 Winthrop Avenue,
Crawley WA 6009. Accommodation is single rooms with shared bathrooms and includes breakfast. University Hall have accommodation available for the Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 December for those who would like to stay the weekend. Please book through the registration for and indicate if you student organisation will be paying for these extra nights or yourself.
For those who would prefer to book their own accommodation, some suggestions:
Delegates attending the ACM are encouraged to join the Facebook group set up for attendees. This will facilitate informal communication and announcements for the duration of the ACM.
