Step 2 – Payment
Option one
For financial affiliates: $380 inc. GST for the two-day conference plus the formal conference dinner
Option two
For unfinancial affiliates and observers: $450 inc. GST for the two-day conference plus the formal conference dinner
Option three
Day rate for Thursday conference plus formal conference dinner: $300 inc. GST
Option four
Day rate for Friday conference: $150 inc. GST
